Because this foot is designed for ruler work, it moves smoothly alongside the quilting ruler. The foot outer diameter creates the quilting line a ¼ inch away from the ruler and the height of its cup prevents the ruler from sliding over or under the foot. In addition, a V-shaped gap in the foot improves visibility and the mark on the foot enables to determine its center point. The combination of these features will ensure accurate results and precise ruler work designs.
