SEWING TUTORIAL:

” Exclusive decorative pattern “

MATERIALS

  • 2/3 yard of 45 inch wide crêpe de chine
  • 2/3 yard of 45 inch wide double-sided muslin
  • 2 sewing threads of different colour
  • Twin needle

MACHINE & ACCESSORIES

  • The decorative pattern has been created using our Stitch Composer software, which is provided with the following Elna models: eXcellence 780+, eXpressive 860 and eXpressive 920. (In this tutorial we use the eXcellence 780)
  • Quilting guide

INSTRUCTIONS

1.

Baste both fabrics with a loose stitch.

2.

Install a double needle, the quilting guide and the extra spool pin on your machine.

3.

Download and install the elna special stitch to your machine, which you can create using Stitch Composer. The application displays and manages the appropriate settings.

4.

Sew the rows of stitches using the quilting guide across the entire width and length of the fabric.

5.

Once finished, remove the basting stitches and iron the fabric.

Congratulations ! You are done.
